To repeal the indefinite detention law in the NDAA of 2012

Created by J.D. on July 20, 2013

In 2012 congress passed and the president signed the NDAA which had a provision which allowed him to indefinitely detain any citizen without dew process or habeas corpus. Also, Mr.Obama continues to defend this provision in court even when he signed the law he said he wouldn't use it. So we call on you Mr.Obama to stop defending this law and to have it repealed because even if you don't use another president after you might use it. This law strikes right into the heart of what are country was founded on. Every day this law stays on the books that is every day that every Americans rights are at risk.
