Repeal the indefinitely detention prevision of the NDAA 2012 Bill.

Created by J.T. on November 15, 2012

Because of the most egregious provision of the NDAA 201 bill that allows the U.S. government to detain and hold indefinitely anyone on American soil who is "suspected of terrorism" without being formally charged with anything and without due process or a trial.

This is completely unconstitutional and can so easily be abused by the government. REPEAL THIS NOW.
