We, the citizens of the United States of America demand the immediate repeal of the unquestionably unconstitutional Lautenberg Amendment.
While the original intent of the Lautenberg Amendment was noble on its face, it is still unconstitutional. The second amendment guarantees citizens of our great union the right to keep and bear arms. The Lautenberg Amendment denies this right to citizens. Patriots who would gladly serve in our military branches, law enforcement, etc are denied due to this amendment.
Furthermore the Lautenberg Amendment was attached to another bill and put into law under the noses of the American people.
The Lautenberg Amendment IS unconstitutional and should be repealed. The Supreme Court has continually ignored cases related to this subject.
