This amendment is against our 2nd amendment rights because they are labeling us as Felon. This strips us of our gun rights forever. If you were convicted of Domestic violence and the DA comes to you with a plea deal they don't advise you of this amendment. This amendment also eliminates us from entering into the military. I feel this amendment needs to be repealed now because many people don't know its existence and their due process rights are being violated until the try to get a weapons permit.
