Repeal the law allowing the FDA to regulate tobacco products.

Obama recently passed a law allowing the FDA to regulate the tobacco industry. This means they can ban certain ingredients, flavors including menthol, change existing brands and even keep new brands from coming out, we get what they allow us to have. This law is bogus and needs to be repealed. It is our right as Americans to smoke if we choose to do so, and to smoke whichever brand we like, it is OUR pursuit of happiness, and the govt should not get in the way of that, we know the risk we take when we smoke.
