Repeal the laws exempting US Congressmen from insider trading securities penalties.

Created by W.M. on December 11, 2012

US Congressmen and their staff are currently permitted to trade stocks and securities using insider privileged knowledge of legislation without penalty.

US Congressmen and their staff should not be allowed to trade in securities or provide privileged information to outsiders.

All restrictions and reporting requirements imposed on the private sector apply automatically to elected representatives as well.
