Repeal laws of fear and support laws of fact.

Created by M.M. on November 13, 2012

In the U.S. it has become a common practice by congress to install laws based on fear instead of laws based on fact.

A law of fear is a law which makes an act illegal due to the fears of a member of the public of what the person "might" do, not based on what they did. A law of fear destroys the lives of people who have never hurt another person. They destroy families and divide society.

A law of fact is a law which makes an act illegal due to the FACT that someone else has been directly injured by the act. These laws look at statistics, about why people do things, what they do and the effects on others. These laws do not destroy innocent lives and cannot be perverted to do so.

A law of fear is not befitting a country that states it is enlightened.
