We the people petition the Obama Administration et al. to repeal any and all state andor federal laws which make it a CRIME to record via Audio and or Visual, that of animal cruelty.
As it currently stands today, there are several states that impose punitive damages and or prison time for those that would expose the gruesome treatment of factory farmed animals, so much so that it is possible that those who expose the truth could actually spend more time in jail than those who commit these animal cruelties. Consider watching the videos on Youtube of Cruelty at New York's largest dairy farm, or if that doesn't move you, try watching Chino Farms abuse. Then consider the fact that it is the very offenders that lobby the government, Agriculture, to pass these backward laws in the first place.
