Repeal Laws That Restrict High Capacity Magazines in California

I would like the Obama administration to repeal or void laws in California that limits ammunition feeding device capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition, because it is a injudicious law that only hurts law abiding citizen in California, for instance if you are a store owner and a mob of people came to vandalize or rob your store do you think 10 rounds will actually do anything to stop a mob or 50 or more people, also what about a home invasion if somebody came to rob your house with five people can most gun owners hit a person with one bullet? I say no, unless you are a military trained marksmen. Furthermore it will only mean that criminals will have them because they don't care about the laws, or consequences.
