Repeal legislation that prohibits vendors (bars and restaurants) from refusing to sell alcohol to pregnant women.

Created by C.H. on August 31, 2013

This is not about passing laws that prohibit pregnant women from drinking alcohol (although that would make sense). It is about giving vendors the right to say "You may think this is ok, but we will not contribute to you harming your child. Please purchase elsewhere." At this point we know alcohol consumption during pregnancy greatly increases the risk of birth defects.
