Repeal lifetime pay and benefits for Members of Congress and the President

Repeal the Former Presidents Act of 1958, the Former Presidents Protection Act of 2012, and remove Members of Congress from the Federal Employees' Retirement System. Setup a new system that allows Former Presidents access to Secret Service protection for up to one year and allows Former Presidents and Members of Congress access to Medicare/Medicaid Health benefits for up to one year. After the one year, they may continue to receive those benefits at their own cost.
