The Louisiana Purchase was an unconstitutional expansion of executive authority, and resulted in the population of the Louisiana river basin being forced to join the United States without popular referendum. We hereby petition the White House to repeal the purchase and return all lands within its boundaries to France for a full refund (adjusted for inflation).
