Repeal The Magnitsky Act. That promotes "Cold War Foreign Policy Ignorance". A promoter of Xenophobia against Russians.

The Magnitsky Act is a resolution that is stuck in the past of "Cold War" rhetoric.That the United States can no longer be a promoter of such Xenophobic ideals against peoples of other nations. That we as a nation must respect other nations governments (such as Russia). That Russia is not in a Nuclear arms race with America or fighting for political sphere control, but a multilateral community. A community in which nations of the world can take place. That this " Magnitsky Act" attacks the Russian cultural, political, and social differences, that should be respected. This bill is anti-multilateral in its origination. Democracy of the US can not work in Russia. Russia needs its own style and brand of Democracy. We must respect the individuality of Russia and its political leaders.
