Repeal marijuana prohibition. No longer list marijuana as a schedule 1 drug. Allow the states to enact laws, regulate sales, and tax sales. Allow scientist to study marijuana and it's use as medicine. Allow citizens 21 or older to possess one ounce of marijuana ad at least 6 plants as voted on and passed in two states. This growing movement will not reverse.
