Requests the Obama administration to take action to repeal the Uniformed Services Former Spouse Protection Act (USFSPA). The USFSPA allows state divorce courts to divide military retirement pay as community property. Military retirements are the only retirement that is treated in such a manner. This act was established in an era that most military spouses stayed home and supported their military spouse's career. However, now that most families are a two income household and the fact that most military spouses provide support to their dependants it is no longer required and prevents the military member from recieving full benefits. Additonally, since the No Fault Divorce, now a spouse can have an adaulterous affair and only the service member suffers the loss of benefits .
