Whereas the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was passed under false pretenses including the claims that premiums would decrease, that people could keep their health plans, and that people could keep their doctor, and whereas ACA requires employers to support abortion against their conscience, and whereas the implementation of ACA has caused the loss of jobs, cut employee hours, and negatively impacted the economy, and whereas the necessary infrastructure to support the sale of health plans has been a failure, and whereas the President has tacitly admitted the failure of ACA by illegally granting exemptions to political allies, we hereby petition the President of the United States to cease all opposition to Congressional activities related to the repeal of ACA, also known as Obamacare.
