repeal Monsanto Protection Act (section 735 of US H.R. 933)
Repeal Section 735 US H.R. 933 in its entirety. Create and enforce laws, forcing companies to label their products, "contains genetically modified organisms" or "does not contain genetically modified organisms." Stop allowing Monsanto to lawfully sue farmers for patent infringement on the basis of a plant's DNA. Allow farmers to again have a free-trade market, without being restricted by the monopoly, which Monsanto has created.
