Repeal the National Authorization Defense Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2012

Created by P.A. on January 25, 2012

We the people seek to new repeal the National Defense Authorization Act of fiscal year of 2012 signed New Year's eve of 2011. The construction and proposal of legislation to detain Americans at undisclosed locations, indefinitely violates habeas corpus and undermines due process at the same time. The conception of Section 1031 is an act of treason.

The NDAA also repeals article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice which repeals sodomy and beastiality. This descent of moral standard should not represent the views and practices of our military personnel.

We the people would like an apology
