The national defence act allows the federal government to arrest, detain, and execute people without due process of law, a fair trail, or probable cause. The role in government is to provide a very strong national defence and security by protecting our borders and The American People from invadors overseas. However, no person should be forced to sacrifice their liberty for the good and service of a strong defence. It violates the fifth amendment of the US constitution which protects our God given rights from our creator which quotes, "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness without due process of law." The National Defence Act is unconstitutional and violates our individual rights and liberties. REPEAL IT NOW!!!!
