The National Defense Authorization act allows the U.S government to arrest and indefinitely detain anybody (citizen or not) based on the accusation that they are a terrorist. It violates the fourth, fifth and sixth amendments and turns the whole world into a battlefield thus allowing the government to declare anyone they dislike an enemy combatant. This is a draconian piece of legislation and it needs to be destroyed. My petition seeks to repeal this unconstitutional act.
