Repeal the National Defense Authorization Act. This act blatently violates both the first and fourth amendments.

I would like to petition to repeal the N.D.A.A. This act was instituted on new years day 2011, and clearly violates the fourth amendment and could potentially violate the first amendment. The offending peice of this act is the indefinate detention of American citizens without due process. I feel the ability for a government to detain its citizens without due process of law is fundementally unamrican and is dangerous to liberty.
