Repeal the National Defense Authorization Act that allows U.S. citizens to be detained indefinitely without a trial.

Created by R.A. on November 15, 2012

The National Defense Authorization Act, signed by president Obama expands the power of the Federal government to fight the war on terror. Under this measure U.S. citizens may be detained indefinitely without a trial on suspicion of terrorist involvement.

This act is another example of how the government seeks to destroy individual liberties and our amendment rights that we value very much, while saying this is to ensure our own safety.
