REPEAL the National Defense Authorization Act which gives the federal government the power to imprison anyone – citizen or non-citizen. The imprisonment can last the person’s entire lifetime without substantiated evidence against the imprisoned person, a criminal charge, or trial. This Act is clearly in violation of the U.S. Constitution, which promises due process and fair trial, citizens or not!
