Repeal the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)

Dear Mr President,

Signed into law on December 31st, 2011, the NDAA contains provisions that:

- Allow any US citizen to be arrested and indefinitely detained if the President merely alleges the individual may be a threat or “terrorist”

- Takes away that citizen's right to legal representation (and are not entitled to a phone call, to an attorney or family member

The NDAA violates:

- 1st Amendment - Right to free speech
- 2nd Amendment - Right to bear arms
- 4th Amendment - Unlawful search and seizure
- 5th Amendment - Right to due process of law
- 6th Amendment - Right to A Speedy and public trial
- 8th Amendment - Cruel and unusual punishment

Please repeal the unconstitutional provisions.
