Repeal the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Created by S.B. on November 16, 2012

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) should be removed from law. It was created by people who know nothing of our beautiful Constitution. The NDAA violates not one, not two but several of our constitutional rights. In a short version. All the federal government needs to do is label 'one' a threat to the U.S. (little girls with lemonade stands would be one of their examples) and then the NDAA would grant the government the power to detain 'one', with force of course. Then deny 'one' due process, freedom of speech and trial along with indefinite detention. Sounds familiar does it not? Remember European history between the years 1933-1945? "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." ~ Ben Franklin
