Repeal The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2013

Created by S.B. on January 14, 2013

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2013 should be removed from law. It was created by people who know nothing of our Constitution. The NDAA violates not one, not two but several of our constitutional rights. In a short version. All the government needs to do is label 'one' as a threat to the US (little girls with lemonade stands would be one of their examples) and the NDAA would grant the government (or Gestapo if you may call them) the power to detain 'one', with force of course. Then deny 'one' due process, freedom of speech and followed by indefinite detention. Sounds familiar does it not? Remember history between the years of 1933-1945?. "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." ~ Ben Franklin
