We need to repeal the NDAA. The offending section of the NDAA, signed by Obama, grants the government the power to put citizens in military detention indefinitely and without the usual recourse to civil courts. We are guaranteed, with the 5th Amendment, the due process. The NDAA goes against the 5th Amendment, therefore, we need to repeal it. It is unconstitutional.
