Repeal the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). It is unconstitutional.

Created by N.Y. on January 26, 2012

The enactment of NDAA is a dangerous act. It assumes that the rights and privacy of all American Citizens should not be considered a deterrent to finding terrorists. It sets the precedent and ground work for a police state, and undermines the civil liberties of all. It is counter to the constitutional right to protest. As citizens who seem suspicious, can be seized and incarcerated with out due process.
