The National Defense Authorization Act is a violation of every citizen's Constitutional Right becase it granted the Executive Branch full authority to arrest anyone without just cause, and to indefinitely detain them without the same rights to the judicial process, and trial by a jury of their own peers. The NDAA is a direct violation of the We the People and our right to be free, and "innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt."
Due to the severity of this executive order every American citizen faces a very serious, and real threat that he or she may be arrested for expressions of Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Religion, the Right to Lawful Assembly, and any other thing which the President and his cabinet may find to be a reason to arrest, and detain.
