This petition is an attempt to prompt awareness of the NDAA act of 2012, which appears to be possibly unconstitutional, vaguely worded, and granting excessive executive powers. Certain terms of this act could potentially violate basic rights. It is of great importance that this act should be repealed or redrafted.
