Repeal the National Defense Resources Preparedness Order which allows the president direct control of domestic resources

Created by C.S. on April 06, 2012

The National Defense Resources Preparedness Order is an executive order that was signed into effect on March 16, 2012. It allows for confiscation of property, land, resources, and facilities without due process, for the sake of possible future emergency threats. The President also gains full control over all domestic energy, production, transportation, food, and water supplies as he deems necessary to protect national security.

Any allocation of property, land, resources, and facilities should have to follow ALL due processes even in the time of an emergency.

Congress and Senate represent the people of the U.S.A. and should have a say in what happens to all domestic energy, production, transportation, food, and water supplies. Even in the event of an emergency.
