We the People of the United States of America, declare that our 2nd Amendment Rights have been infringed and violated by the National Firearms Act of 1934, the Gun Control Act of 1968 and the Firearm Owners' Protection Act of 1986.

As such, We the People, petition the Office of the President of the United States, to restore all 2nd Amendment Rights' as per the affirmation of the US Constitution's Bill of Rights, 2nd Amendment.

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
