The National Firearms Act is unconstitutional. The 2nd amendment states "arms." The oxford dictionary defines arms as weapons and ammunition. That would include everything from a knife to artillery. Any laws on the books about what kind of arms Americans can carry is infringing upon the rights of Americans.
