REPEAL NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT (NFA) OF 1934, AND OTHER ACTS INFRINGING ON 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS.

Created by N.Y. on January 09, 2013

Second Amendment states that the right of the people to keep and bear ARMS should not be infringed. Note, it uses term 'ARMS", not "firearms" or "muskets". Clearly, given the history of the 2nd Amendment, the Founding Fathers meant by the term "ARMS: ANY WEAPONRY ADEQUATE ENOUGH TO FIGHT TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT or FOREIGN INVASION. NFA act of 1934, along with other pieces of legislation, such as Firearm Owners Protection Act of 1986 and Gun control Act on 1968; make it impossible for an ordinary citizen to own fully automatic firearms registered unless they are registered prior to May 19, 1986. These acts also severely limit the availability and use such devices as sound suppressors.
