The National Firearms Act denies law abiding citizens the right to own and possess fully automatic firearms produced after 1986. At the time this country was formed, the citizenry was allowed to own the same weapons as were used in the military. Any firearms allowable to the U.S. military and law enforcement agencies shall be made available to law abiding citizens. These items shall not be restricted to anyone capable of passing a N.I.C.S. background check. Furthermore, other types of firearms and accessories such as: Shortbarreled rifles/shotguns, A.O.W.s, and firearms suppressors ("silencers") should be available to any U.S. citizen who fits the above criteria. The Federal government does not have the authority to regulate firearms possession within the free states
