Repeal The National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984

Created by A.M. on January 22, 2013

The National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 forces all of the states to place the minimum drinking age at 21 years old. States that do not comply are deprived of their highway funding. This interferes with state legislation, with what is a form of bribery. This act is outdated and needs to be repealed. If a person has the right to smoke, gamble, take out loans, or be the legal guardian for another human being ; they should have the right to purchase a beer.
