Repeal the National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984

The National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 is an infringement on the States right. The power to chose the drinking age belongs to the states, but this bill required all States to raise their minimum drinking age to 21 within 2 years or lose a portion of their Federal-aid highway funds.This alone questions if the states and federal powers are equal.With that being said I think this bill should be repelled, and the drinking age should be 18, or at the very least decided by the states, and not forced on by the federal government.
