The NDAA For Fiscal Year 2012 should be repealed, especially the certain sections that give the president the authority to detain anybody for being a "terror suspect" without stating the charges against them and to put them in a military prison for life without a trial. We have heard Obama say that he wouldn't use it, but what about later presidents? To ensure our civil liberties are protected, these provisions should be repealed once and for all.
