This calls for the repeal of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 that grants the military the authority to detain AMERICAN citizens on the SUSPICION of being a terrorist and hold them indefinitely without trial in a military prison. This is Unconstitutional and should therefore be removed by the Supreme Court as it violates our Bill of Rights. Its is a "slip into tyranny" - TX Sen Ron Paul
