Repeal the NDAA

Created by W.L. on November 12, 2012

Repeal he National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The act violates civil liberties and constitutional rights. Anyone facing arrest in the United States should have the right to face their accuser and should have charges brought against them. We should not be able to arrest or detain anyone if we do not have any thing to charge them with.

If someone has not broken any laws, another person, even the President of the United States should not be able to point at them and say this person is a threat to national security, because of the way they dress or whatever.

We have enough laws without the NDAA to protect our country.

We do not need the ability to have pollitical prisoners.
