Repeal the NDAA and to make it illegal to pass any bill or law that undermines the Constitution and Bill of rights

Since 9/11 Americans are subjected to unreasonable search and seizure without due cause at airports and other forms of mass transit. The NSA monitors and collects all wireless information, and worst of all last year our elected officials overwhelmingly voted yes on the 2012 NDAA parts of which have already been declared unconstitutional yet as a whole our elected officials have not rewritten that law to remove those parts that have bin judged unconstitutional. By there failure to do so they have undermined the constitution, and bill of rights and in effect have betrayed the people and the very oath of office that they took to uphold and defend the constitution. We the people must come togeather not as Democrats or Republicans but as Americans.
