The National Defense Authorization Act is severely unconstitutional in that it violates the the 4th amendment. While the legislation says it does not target American citizens, it does not exclude the detaining of American citizens. We the people will not have our liberties thrown under the bus by politicians in Washington D.C to further increase and strengthen this police state.
