Repeal the NDAA and try all of those that approved it for treason

Created by J.T. on November 15, 2012

This Act never should have passed to begin with due to an all or nothing clause. If there is one iota that one disagrees with about the Act or law, it is the DUTY of the elected official to put it down.

The NDAA infringes upon the basic rights guaranteed to us in the Constitution (1776), the SUPREME law of this land. It infringes on the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments. The most notorious part of the act is sections 1021 and 1022, regarding indefinite detention.

Those that approved this unlawful and heinous act, should be tried for treason for ultimately declaring war on their constituents.
