Repeal the NDAA to re-instate the protections of our rights as U.S citizens. 'Indefinite detention' is unacceptable.

Created by D.W. on November 14, 2012

The National Defense Authorization Act blatantly violates the bill of rights and makes every protected freedom null and void under law. A convoluted series of redefined terms that results in the inclusion of all U.S citizens under the category of 'terrorist' or 'enemy combatant' is an unconstitutional item of legislation that cannot be allowed to remain in the United States. The Indefinite detention of any individual without the presentation of evidence and the observation of due process, whether they be a citizen or otherwise, is an unprecedented attack against our legal system.

We petition the U.S Government to repeal this heinous crime against it's citizenry immediately.
