Repeal the NDAA, specifically the clause allowing for indefinite detention of U.S citizens.

Created by J.R. on November 13, 2012

The NDAA, while mostly being a bill that deals with the continued funding of our military, also allows for the possibility of detaining U.S citizens indefinitely and treating them as enemy combatants. Those deemed as such will have no right to fair trial and can be locked up without any evidence to them being a terrorist.
Previously there was already a petition to repeal the NDAA, however it has been taken down for unknown reasons, and has not been responded to yet.
