Repeal the new KS Income Tax Law which eliminates all corporate taxes

Created by M.L. on May 31, 2012

This law completely eliminates income taxes for all businesses, large and small alike, essentially leaving the states tax burden the sole responsibly of the working class. This will eliminate $4.5 billion in revenue from the state of KS. Where will these cuts effect....likely state workers, schools, and all the social programs that so many of the people left paying taxes rely on. It also has the potential to pull corporations out of other states to bring the to Kansas for the tax shelter, which would have devastating effects on the job markets of all other states.
