In January 2013, Governor Cuomo signed a very poor bill into law, as a response to the Newtown shooting. This new law, has been nothing but trouble for the gun owners of New York and is one more step in government tyranny. Under the second amendment I, as a free American, am allowed to buy and own a gun, and this law, like many other laws, infringe my second amendment right. This law is a slap in the face to the free people of New York. Does the phrase, "Don't tread on me" mean nothing to our tyrannical government anymore? I beseech you, help abolish this, unconstitutional, poorly written, spit to the face law. I will not stand for this injustice, will you?
