Repeal the National Firearms Act of 1934

Created by P.B. on January 12, 2016

This petition aims to combat the NFA Act of 1934 which restricts and limits (by definition infringing) the ownership of certain firearms such as SBRs (short barreled rifles), SBSs (short barreled shotguns), in addition to supressors. This act was put in place due to an uprise in gangster violence in the 1930's, and is no longer necessary. Repealing this Act will restore (for the most part) the rights granted to the U.S. citizen by the Constitution and the founding fathers of this great nation.
