Repeal of the National Firearms Act ("NFA") and the Gun Control Act of 1968 (“GCA”) so that ALL firearms are legal to own on a federal level.
In accordance with the 2nd Amendment and the 10th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America
As nothing in the Constitution has delegated the power to regulate firearms to the Federal Government.
To allow the State’s governments establish what they want their respective citizens to be able to own.
This would mean that the Citizens of the United States of America are classified as either a lawful owner or a prohibited person.
"Prohibited persons" read that as criminals, gang members, drug cartels, and convicted felons in possession
