Repeal NFA laws preventing legal ownership by civilians of Machine guns manufactured after May 1986

Created by B.S. on November 13, 2012

Allow civilian ownership of newly manufactured machine guns that generate revenue for the federal government by taxing each 200.00 dollars for registration eliminating illegal machine guns that no one knows the whereabouts of. At a minimum an Amnesty period to register illegal weapons would bring to light thousands of hidden guns and generate millions in revenue. These weapons when legally held are very restricted as is the sale of such and legal ownership does not constitute a threat to the general public.
